Rent or Buy

At DenComp we believe that you should consider the options when financing your new compressor.

DenComp has established a nationwide network of distributors and engineers who will be happy to quote you for your new DenComp compressor. With this option the compressor is protected with a full 12 months parts and labour warranty, extended for a further two years on all mechanical parts.

DenComp is also happy to offer a rental plan that has the added bonus of a full maintenance package and a new replacement compressor after 5 years.

There are several benefits of rental over purchase - here are just a few..

• Leasing Can Be Cheaper Than Buying. When considering the outright purchase, delivery and installation cost, service and maintenance, pressure vessel inspections, certification and ultimately disposal, renting can be financially beneficial.
• Keep Up With Technology And Legislation. If legislation or technology change you have the assurance that you can easily upgrade and keep up with today's and tomorrows requirements.
• A Compressor Will Depreciate. Committing funds to a depreciating asset might not be the best value for money. As an "off-book" asset the compressor won't be sitting in your accounts depreciating, and won't adversely affect your balance sheet.
• Reduce Your Tax Bill. As a rental you are allowed to write off each payment as a business expense with the result that you can reduce the tax paid on your profit. Buying equipment means that you can only "write-off" a percentage of the cost.

Of course, with all of the above, we'd recommend that you make sure this is right for your practice and check with your accountant.
